Jacob Thomas

An American artist whose work blends the bold graphic language of pop art, street culture, and fine art, Thomas creates imagery that is energetic, expressive, and deeply rooted in contemporary visual culture. For Art All Night, his work will take on a new dimension as it is projected onto a building by Bell Visuals.

Born in Maryland, Jacob’s art pulses with the energy of a life lived boldly, shaped by California’s skate culture, months immersed in China’s vibrant streets, and nearly two decades in New York’s ever-evolving creative scene. His dynamic style draws from a rich blend of influences: ’80s pop culture, ’90s hip-hop, comic books, and the raw edge of street art. Each piece he creates is a vivid fusion of nostalgia, rebellion, and storytelling, both a tribute to his journey and a fearless leap into what’s next.

Last year, Thomas was the illustrator behind our Art All Night flyer. He is a multidisciplinary artist featured in publications like The Huffington Post, The Washington Post, and beyond.

Robin Bell is the founder of Bell Visuals and an award-winning editor, video journalist, and multimedia artist based in Washington, DC. Trained as a classical printmaker, Bell has built a distinctive practice at the intersection of fine art, film, public space, and political action. His work spans creative, civic, and public-interest projects, with a focus on using video, sound, and image to spark dialogue and advance social change.
